How does neck tilt differ from head lift?+

Head lift raises the larger upper section of the base. Neck tilt moves the uppermost section independently, so you can make a finer adjustment without changing the head or foot position.

How many positions can I save?+

Two head-and-foot positions per base, using M1 and M2. Neck tilt is adjusted separately. Zero Gravity, TV, Anti-Snore and Flat are dedicated preset buttons.

Can I adjust head and foot massage separately?+

Yes. The remote has separate head and foot massage intensity controls, three wave modes and 10, 20 or 30-minute timer options. Massage stops after 30 minutes of continuous use.

Will it work with my mattress and bed frame?+

Use an adjustable-compatible mattress. Premier can be used freestanding or without legs on a suitable platform or slat system. Confirm usable dimensions, support and clearance for moving sections.

What is the difference between King and Split King?+

A one-piece King moves as a single base. Split King pairs two Twin XL bases with separate positioning, massage, remotes and memories. Independent sides also require two compatible Twin XL mattresses.

What are my delivery and setup options?+

Free Standard Delivery is included to the contiguous U.S. White Glove Delivery & Setup is an optional paid service. For self-setup, two people must lift the base; the connector procedure requires three people. Follow the owner’s manual.
